Every client is unique, and so are your lashes. Our personalized consultations ensure that your lash extensions are tailored to your specific needs, enhancing your natural beauty while maintaining your individuality.
Deposit
Deposits are non-refundable. Each appointment requires a $50 deposit to secure your booking. Please note that deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise approved. The remaining balance is due on the day of service and can be paid via cash, Zelle, or Apple Pay only.
Punctuality
Punctuality is important to both of us, and I hold myself accountable for being on time as well. If you’re more than 10 minutes late, there will be a $15 late fee added to your service, no exceptions. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled. Communication is simple—I always strive to respect your time and will reach out by text if I’m running behind. Please do the same for me to ensure we can provide the best experience for each other.
rescheduling
When you book an appointment, your confirmation email will always include an option to reschedule, as long as it’s at least a day before your scheduled time. On the day of the appointment, however, this option will no longer be available, so please plan accordingly. I don’t want you to lose your deposit or miss out on your service. If I do make an exception for a same-day reschedule, you’ll need to rebook based on future availability.

As much as I love my lash clients, caring means being fair. A 50% fill is exactly that—50%, not 30%. It’s unfair to both me and the next client if you book a fill but actually need a full set. Please, ladies, it’s simple: if you can count the lashes on your eyes, it’s
not a fill!
after care
For the best results, avoid getting your lashes wet for the first 24 hours. Gently brush them daily with a lash brush, but avoid perming or tinting them. Refrain from pulling on your lashes, rubbing your eyes, or using an eyelash curler or mascara. Oil-based makeup and creams can weaken the bond, so stick to water-based products and removers. Never attempt to remove your lashes yourself—always have them removed by a trained lash technician. To keep them looking their best, schedule touch-ups every 2-3 weeks.
